After the subscription ends, the last paid version stays writable for good, including the engines you paid for. Applies to direct purchases; Mac App Store subscriptions end when cancelled. More than 40 seats: request a quote.

Quote as PDF, invoice with VAT ID, payment on account from Operate. One licence key per team; a seat is a Mac that wrote within the last 30 days. The account shows the seats in use and removes retired Macs; a removed device stops counting straight away. Plan changes and extra seats in the account on sqlclient.eu, charged pro rata.
Security
Production guard: before DELETE and UPDATE without WHERE the app asks, TRUNCATE and DROP require the table name, in every plan. No cloud, no account in the app, no usage data. Credentials are stored encrypted on the device. Privacy policy online, DPA template on request.
